She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Landis Reid; her parents, Elsie Bennett and Horace D. Bennett; and her brothers, Horace D., Clifford and Edwin Bennett.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Summers (Gary), Donald Reid (Becky), Ruth Hammond (Gary), Mary Wilkinson (Lewis) and William Reid. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and one great, great-grandchild.
