He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Weaver Sr. and Helen M. Weaver (Means); his wife Barbara A. Weaver (Mann); and his brother Terry Lee Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Dennis A. (Deborah Weaver) and Bobbi Lou (Michael Boose); his granddaughters, Nena M. (John Humphrey) and Shana A. Boose; his great grandchild Rebecca Humphrey; and his brother Paul D. (Mary Lou Weaver).
