He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Halsey and Gladys A. Halsey (Reiner). He is survived by: his wife Muriel L. Halsey (Hurst); his children, Pamela H. (Gary A. Darstein) of Baldwinsville, NY, Kent C. (Susan) and Keith W. Halsey (Kendra Besh) of Anchorage, AK; his grandchildren, Mary Kate, Madeleine, Jack, Kendall, Cooper, Anna, Teagan and Matteo; his great grandchild Andrew; and his sisters, Anne Hurst and Mary Margaret Halsey.
