He was predeceased by: his child Thomas Weigner; his father-in-law Joseph Vinci; and his sibling Regis Franciscus. He is survived by: his wife Tina Franciscus (Vinci); his grandchildren, Tavion Laban, Darrien Tate, Domenic and Nico Weigner; his mother-in-law Domenica; and his siblings, Edward Franciscus and Janice Farlow. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial in Archangel Gabriel Parish, St. Mary's Church for immediate family only due to the pandemic.
