Douglas of East Butler, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Whitacre and Kathryn "Kay" Whitacre (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick"; her children, Andrew "Andy" Douglas (Haley) of East Butler, Joe Douglas of East Butler, Stephen Douglas of East Butler and Christine Cavanaugh (Zachery) of Cabot; her grandchildren, Ash Cavanaugh and Ashton Walker; her parents-in-law, Dick and Mabel Douglas; and her siblings-in-law, Ken Douglas and Peggy Sarvey (David). She is also survived by 1 niece and 2 great nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Debbie's honor to the Children's Ministry of First United Methodist Church, 200 E. North St., Butler, PA 16001.
