She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Dale and Lillian Ida Nelly Conner; and her sisters, Sarah Shick and Edna Delaney. She is survived by: her husband William Russell Whitmer; and her daughters, Shelby Biedenbach (Paul) of Herman and Melanie Fallecker of Fenelton. She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
