He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha L. Bullock (Bartlett); his parents, Frank A. Bullock and Grace A. Bullock (Gilbert); his daughter Karen S. Bullock; and his siblings, Frances Keppel, Anna Ropka, Ruth Bullock, Frank Bullock, Jr., Gilbert Bullock and John Bullock.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce E. Bullock (Gay) of New Oxford, Frank R. Bullock (Connie) of Abbottstown, William S. Bullock, Jr. of Abbottstown, Carol A. Bullock of Abbottstown and Sharon L. Sipe (Terry) of Abbottstown; and his sister Lois J. Irven (Roger) of Longwood, FL.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren.
