He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Noel and Viola Noel (Pittinger). He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Reese); his children, Scott Noel of East Berlin, Kendra Noel, Thomas Stanislawzyk of Wakefield, MA and Stevie Noel (Belinda) of Spring Grove, PA; his grandsons, Jordan Noel (Stephanie "Stevie" Elise) of Littlestown, PA, Stephen Noel (Destiny King) of Hanover, PA and Joseph Stanislawzyk of Wakefield, MA; and his sister Charlotte Long of Gettysburg, PA.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kenworthy Funeral Home (269 Frederick St, Hanover, PA 17331). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
