He was predeceased by: his father George Hurtack. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Hurtack (Gartrell); his siblings, Joe Hurtack (Sandy) of East Berlin and Kathleen Stefanik (Jim); his nephews, Kevin, Keith, Tim and Andy; and his niece Leanne. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
