He is survived by: his wife Eunice R.; his children, Phillip E. Stultz, Jr. of East Berlin, Nichole R. Stultz (Mark Haughton) of Damascus, MD and Justin P. Stultz (Nicole) of Dover, PA; his grandchildren, Dylan Ford, Madison Stultz, Mikhail Haughton and Jordan Haughton; and his brothers, David Stultz of McSherrystown, PA, Leroy Stultz of Hanover, PA, Timothy Stultz of Westminster, MD and Steven Stultz of North Carolina.
