Waugh (East Berlin, Pennsylvania), born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McBee and Nellie McBee (Puffenberger). She is survived by: her husband Roger D. Waugh. She is also survived by six sons, one daughter, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, two sisters, and two brothers.
