He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lewis and Clara Lewis of Baltimore, Maryland.; his brother Joseph "Sonny" Lewis; his daughter C. Joan Hruz (Geraldine Gutowski) of Bel Air, Maryland; and his brothers-in-law, Patrick Hruz of Jacobus and Roger "Buzz" Gutowski of Dundalk, Maryland..
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Quinn of Loganville; his granddaughters, Maizy and Astrid Quinn; his sister Dorothy Hruz of Jacobus, Pennsylvania; and his brother-in-law Robert Hruz of Harford County, Maryland.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
