He is survived by: his wife Dani Kushla (Traylor); his children, Patrick Kushla of East Berlin, Danny Kushla of Shiloh, Michael Kushla, Jr. of Dover, Suzann Grim of East Berlin, Angela VanAtta of East Berlin, Beth Harris of New Oxford, Amanda Leese of Thomasville and Jeani Williams; his sister Barbara Kushla; and his cousins, Johnny Dukes and Karen Rawlings. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
