He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Ray and Elenor Loudermilk (North); and his siblings, Ron Loudermilk and Sandy Hartlaub. He is survived by: his children, Kelly J. Lemmon of Littlestown, Jamey L. Loudermilk of Fayetteville and Jeremy R. Loudermilk of Hanover; his grandchildren, Nick, Alexis, Kailyn, Dylan Loudermilk, Jarrett, Jesse Lemmon, Ryan and Brandon Winland; his great grandchild Naomi Lemmon; and his siblings, Rick Loudermilk, Tony Hartlaub of Littlestown, Helen Jensen of Michigan and Melanie Shank of York.
