He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard Shaffer, Edith Shaffer and William L. Ingle, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Gayle Shaffer Ingle of East Berlin, PA and William L. Ingle, Jr.; his wife Toni of New Oxford, PA.; his grandmother Barbara Ingle of New Oxford, PA; and his aunts and uncles, Carolyn Black (Keith), Linda Mitchell, Rick Shaffer and Jeff Ingle. He is also survived by many cousins, great aunts and great uncles.
