As Gloria departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Gloria may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Gloria leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry J. Roland and Elverna Roland (Myers). She is survived by: her husband Glenn L. Gruver; her daughters, Robin L. Shaffer (Lamar) of Seven Valleys and Kobie J. Sunday (Michael) of New Oxford; her grandsons, Logan W. Byers and Cameron R. Byers; and her brother Robert W. Roland of Malvern.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (117 W King St, East Berlin, PA 17316). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church.
