He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert S. Lau and Isabella V. Lau (Grove); his stepgrandson Eric Alban; and also Robert E. Lau. He is survived by: his brother Wayne Lau (Yvonne) of New Oxford; his stepsons, Allen Alban (Victoria) of Hanover, Jim Alban (Pamela) of Chambersburg and Bart Alban; his stepgrandchildren, Tina Alban of Bellevue, NE, Chad Alban of Reading and Bart Alban, Jr. (Maria) of Bellevue, NE; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Benjamin Alban, Carson Alban of Reading, Alexander Alban and Penelope of Bellevue, NE..
