He was predeceased by: his wife Bette Jo Weaver (Crawford); his parents, Nelson L. Weaver and Florence M. Weaver (Trostle); and his brothers, Laverne and Martin Weaver.
He is survived by: his children, Tina B. Duffus (John) of Hardy, VA and Brian S. Weaver (Lisa) of Seven Valleys; his grandchildren, Erin, Reginald, Ross Duffus, Victoria and Bethany Weaver; and his sister Rebecca A. Clark.
