She was predeceased by: her husband Rudolph V. Watkins, Jr.; and her parents, Wayne P. "Jack" Thacker and Shirley M. Thacker (Coates). She is survived by: her daughters, Bethany N. Watkins of San Antonio, TX and Melody L. Watkins of Altoona; her grandchildren, Maya Gonzalez, Shanayah Gonzalez, Ahrayah Gonzalez and Napash Gonzalez; her sister Athene M. Steinke of Manchester; and her nephews, L. Joseph Steinke, Jr., Erich Steinke and Nicholas Steinke. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
