He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Armstrong and Dorothy Armstrong (Cole); and his siblings, Mary Wells, Bonnie Bateman and Ray Armstrong.
He is survived by: his wife Susan R. Armstrong (McMasters); his children, Darrell Felton Armstrong of East Berlin, Robin D. Armstrong of Thomasville and Stacy L. Armstrong of Abbottstown; his grandchildren, Josh, Zack, Cheyeane Meckley, Brittany, Chloe Armstrong, Logan Smith and Jordan Stough; and his siblings, Mildred Stewart of Oakland, MD, Helen Ausdreau of Glasford, IL and John Armstrong. He is also survived by five Great grandchildren.
