She was predeceased by: her husband Chet Smith; and her parents, Charles E. Jackson and Barbara E. Jackson (Hape). She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Green of Ocean City, MD; her grandchildren, Amanda Green-Hall (Zeb) of Westminster, MD and Tyler Green of Westminster, MD; and her siblings, Brenda Covington (Stephen) of Westminster, MD and Jeff Jackson (Wayne Singer) of Hanover.
