She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Rushing and Mavis Rushing (Henry); her husband Richard "Butch" Horn; her daughter Cindy Doyle; and her brothers, Clyde and Merlin Rushing.
She is survived by: her children, Londa A. Keiper and David W. Horn; her brother Richard Rushing; her grandchildren, Avangeline, Ashley, Angela, Kyle and Caleb; and her great grandchildren, Zayden, Blake, Lucas, Logan, Brian and Dominic.
