She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther G. Stout and Mary Louise Stout (Allen); her brother Doug Stout; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Stout and Stanley Koehler.
She is survived by: her husband Richard F. Kern; her children, Gary Kern (Jane) of Burlington, NJ, Beth Kern of Forks Twp and Scott Kern (Renee) of Nazareth, PA; her sister Linda Koehler of Bangor, PA; and her grandchildren, Drayce Kern (KayAnn), Garrett Kern (Alyssa), Makenzie, Emily and Owen Kern.
