He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Preen and Anna Preen (Popeil); and his brother Richard Preen. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Preen (Gower-Silvius); his children, Sheila Kornse, Sharon Leary, Christine Preen Mazar, Tracy Smith and Mark Silvius; and his sister Anna Mae Ward. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
