Bowman Jr. (Eagleville, Pennsylvania), born in Norristown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard J. Bowman, Sr. and Florence Bowman (Spare). He is survived by: his wife Gerarda Bowman (Brennan); his children, Lorraine DiLauro (Tony), Audra Burgese (Ken), Maureen Garman (Durrell), Howard J. Bowman, III (Michele), Bridget Lamphere (Scott), Rebecca Bearoff (John), Noelle Bowman (Adam Greeley) and Thomas Bowman (Jackie DiPasquale); his sister Kathi Brady (Paul Zadroga); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Nicholas, Matthew, Olivia, Shaun, Sydney, Ryan, Grant, Sage, Mason, Miller, Justin, Kyle, Averi, Milo, Matilda and Easton.
