She was predeceased by: her husband Warren J. "Doc"; and her sister Mary Ann Coons. She is survived by: her children, Mary Jane Chantry (Paul) and Andrew McFarland (Michele Kriebel); her sister Ethel Phillips; her grandchildren, Chip Chantry (Kim), Adam Chantry (Rebecca) and Jeffrey McFarland; and her great grandchild Josie Chantry.
She was a charter member of St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, in recent years she was the president and founding member of the Alzheimer's Support Group at the Spring City Veterans Center.
