It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reva Soutar of Dushore, Pennsylvania, born in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 4, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis D. Johnson and Beatrice Johnson (Smith); her husband Melvin D. Soutar, Sr.; her stepchildren, Melvin D. Soutar, Jr. and Jo Ellen Newell; and her siblings, Phil Johnson, Shirley Cobb-Stiles and Anne Marshall.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Conner of Dushore, PA and Babette Kovtun (Charles Wead) of Bath, NY; her granddaughter Sonja LaBarre of Ithaca, NY; her stepchildren, David Soutar of Lockwood, NY, Penny Soutar of Woodinville, WA, Mary Lou Corbett of Mt. Morris, NY, Rebecca Belcher of Fredericksburg, VA and Tamara Soutar of Big Flats, NY; and her pet Buttons. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
