He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Kelley and Helen M. Farrell Kelley Jr.; his siblings, William Eugene Kelley and Patricia Ann Kelley; and his sister-in-law Vickie Lynne Kelley.
He is survived by: his son Christopher Michael; his siblings, Patrick Paul Kelley Sr. (Carissa) and Kathy Marie (Jeffrey); his former wife Vicki; his nieces and nephews, Patrick P. Kelley Jr., Ashley M. Jones (CJ), Jeffrey A. (Kaitlyn) and Ryan T.; and his great-nieces, Madelyn, Kiylee, Kamaray, Kennedi Phillips and Besides.
