She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Ruel and Mary Horutz Adams; her husband Edward J. Fitzgerald of Dushore, PA; her children, Dale C. Fitzgerald Sr. of Mildred, PA and Betty Jane Houck of Hughesville, PA; her grandsons, Edward James Fitzgerald III of Dushore, PA and Patrick Bernard Broschart of Endicott, NY; and her sisters, Kathryn H. Raub of Dushore, PA, Edna Slater of Mansfield, PA and Caroline Nettie Barber of Athens, PA.
She is survived by: her sister Rose Miller (Donald). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
