She is survived by: her daughter Gail Jacobs; her son-in-law Chuck Cunningham of Mansfield, PA; her grandson Kenny (April Jacobs) of Lawrenceville, PA; her great grandchild Laci Jacobs of Lawrenceville, PA.; her brother Charles; her sister-in-law Pat Hall of Granville Summit, PA; and her sisters, Cynthia (Don Brewer) of Meshoppen, PA and Harriet (Jerry Brewer) of Meshoppen, PA.
