We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2020, at the age of 98, Louis Blasi of Dushore, Pennsylvania, born in Mildred, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Blasi and Antonia Blasi (Fiorivanti); his wife Lorraine E. Beaver; and his brother Reno Blasi. He is survived by: his children, Laura A. Anapolsky (Steve) of Las Vegas, NV, Wayne L. Blasi (Diane) of Sayre and Kevin R. Blasi (Amy) of Dushore; his brother Alexander Blasi of Mildred; his grandchildren, Nicholas Anapolsky, Amy Prior, Sara Blasi, Chelsea Howard and Thomas Blasi; and his great grandchildren, Jack Prior and Olivia Prior.

In Louis's memory, memorial contributions may be made to American Legion Post 452 P.O. Box 215 Mildred PA 18632.

“My name is Judy Coleman Fagner. Daughter of Carl Coleman, formerly of Mildred. I am 73 and have know Louie all my life. He was a happy guy. When I was 12 or 13 and hunting on White Ash, I shot at a deer, missed and my gun jammed. Louie was near and handed me his gun - I got the deer. His Mom was great friends with my grandma. God bless you Louie and rest in peace.”
