Viewing was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McCarty Thomas Funeral Home - Dushore (119 Carpenter St, Dushore, PA 18614). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Basil's Church (101 Churchill St, Dushore, PA 18614).

“It was sad to hear of Lew's passing. He offered a great deal of time and effort to the Dushore Ambulance Association and to the Dushore Fire Department. I am very certain he will be repaid well in the next life. I'm sure the members of his Department will take over from here for Lew. Tom Yonkin”
