She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley J. Mooha and Anna Mary Pastula Mooha; her husband George Samuel "Boxer" Klem; her children, Joseph G. Klem and Cheryl Klem Palmer; and her siblings, Edward Mucha, William Mooha, Frank E. Mucha, Helen Piasecki, Alice M. Kaier, Frances J. Pastusic and Stella A. Patros.
She is survived by: her son Dennis; her daughters-in-law, Diane and Teri Weaver; her grandchildren, Shane Palmer, Melanie Palmer Mingle (Paul) and Donovan Klem; her great grandchildren, Hannah Mingle, Mason Mingle and Isaac Palmer; her sister Theresa; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Lou, Rosalie, Frank and Joan Klem. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
