He is survived by: his wife Loyce V. Hollins; his children, Kathleen J. Horvat of Mountville, Kimberly M. Hugo (Rick) of New Albany, John D. "Dave" McCusker Jr. of York and Jeffrey D. McCusker of Lansdale; and his sister Arlene Lambert (Bob Eachus) of Coatesville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and his faithful dog.
