He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Rouse and Pauline Rosena Neuber Rouse; and his brothers, William Raymond Rouse and Richard Eugene Rouse. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathleen "Kathy" (Mark Arpa Vienna), Rosemary "Rosie" (David Meisner St. Cloud) and Dolores "Dody" (William Inch Vienna); and his close friends, Mary and Ronnie.
