He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond B. Bahr and Virginia Bahr (Lewis); his stepmother Betty Bahr (Wildrick); his in-laws, William (Buster) and Marilyn Y. Ross; and his uncles, Alfred and Carl Bahr.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy (Ross); his daughter Jackie of Williamsport; his siblings, Louise Stackhouse (Elwood) of Benton and Lester Bahr (Roger Whitley) of Allentown; his siblings-in-law, Sheila Wilsey (Alan) and Charles Ross (Shelly); and his nieces, Jamie Alba (Joseph) and Ashley Ross. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will provide the flowers and due to his values in education, they suggest memorial contributions to Penn College Foundation DIF 65, Pennsylvania College of Technology, 1 College Ave, Williamsport, PA 17701 in memory of Charlie M.
