She is survived by: her sister Penny; her children, Frank Rought Jr., Jennifer (Henry) and Amanda (Fred); her brother Kenneth Newell Jr.; her grandchildren, Nicholas Bailey, Zoe Bailey and Henry Bailey Jr.; and her great grandchild Azariah Trobaugh. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
