He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Badger Sr. and Edna Bailey Badger; and his sister Jody Kay Miller. He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Joanne Palmer; his wife Pam Badger; his children, Arthur (Carmelita Badger Jr.), Justin, Benjamin and Catherine; his son-in-law Todd; his siblings, Richard (Lois), Debbie, Wendy (Bob Smith), Terry (Beth Badger), Peg (Kevin), Mark Badger, Tim (Patty Badger La Plata, MD) and Charlie; and his brother-in-law Thomas. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
