She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Burton Steele Sr. and Verna Rosella Bagdonas Steele. She is survived by: her husband Tad; and her nieces and nephews, Felecia, Leo Kipp III, Stephen Garinger, Matthew Steele and Michelle. She is also survived by her friends and neighbors.
