He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Welling and Mary Catherine Hennessey Welling; and his brothers, Don and John. He is survived by: his wife Bert Herron; his children, Tim Welling (Joanna) of Franklin, TN and Alli Welling of Fallon, NV; his grandchild Layla; and his sister Lois.
