She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Haduch and Catherine M. Kmiec Haduch; her sister Rosemary Kozlowski; her nephew Robert Haduch; and her sister-in-law Betty Haduch.

She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy Haduch of Avoca, Frank of Springbrook and Casimir Haduch (Nancy) of Avoca; and her brother-in-law Joseph Kozlowski of Vestal, NY.
