She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomas Chernesky and Theresa Chernesky (Roslewicz); and her siblings, Helen Kaplavka, Mary Kurzawa, John Chernesky, Agnes Warunek, Kathryn Zapko, Chester Chernesky, Dorothy Baloh and Francis Groncki.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Galuska and Theresa Ryzner (Bob) of Avoca; her sisters-in-law, Helen Chernesky and Janet Galuska; her nieces and nephews, Thomas Kaplavka, Paul Groncki, Rita Chernesky and Alberta Warunek; her close friends, Carol Rice and Mary Ellen Campbell; and her pets, Otis, Archie and Vinnie. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
