She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Mantione and Josephine Tomkiel Mantione; her husband Joseph Vilchock; and her brother Charles Mantione. She is survived by: her children, Jaye Vilchock (Sandra) of Nottingham and Joy Zukauskas (Joseph) of Center Valley; her grandchildren, Jaye J. Vilchock, Phala Vilchock, Aimee Joy Grillo and Sarah Joy Colmenares; and her sisters, Antoinette Mantione of Duryea and Marie Zack of Moosic.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
