He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Lokuta and Anna Hokien Lokuta; and his brothers, Thomas and Edward Lokuta. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Dombroski Lokuta; his children, Mark Lokuta (Michelle) of Mt. Top and Ann Kostiuk (Keith) of Mt. Top; his grandchildren, Ryan Kostiuk and Lauren Lokuta; and his sister-in-law Karen Mazonkey (Tony) of Shickshinny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
