He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Cimakasky and Mary Zarnok Cimakasky; his children, Tanya Keefe and Neil Cimakasky; and his siblings, Leo Cimakasky, Patricia Jankoviak and Mary Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Sanda Cimakasky (Pasternak); his son Paul Cimakasky Jr. (Leslie) of Nanticoke; his grandchildren, Noah and Kloey Cimakasky; and his brother Felix Cimakasky (Kathy) of Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
