He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Sedlak and Rose M. Lello Sedlak; and his siblings, Robert Sedlak and Mary Sedlak. He is survived by: his wife Rosanne O'Malley Sedlak; his daughters, Lisa Allardyce (Tom) of Moosic and Michelle Pane (John) of Moosic; and his grandchildren, Maille, Jack, Michael Allardyce and Sydney Pane.
