He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Mlaker Sr. and Stella Lewandowski Paolini; his stepfather Joseph Paolini; his brother Ronald Mlaker; his brother-in-law Gregory Renner; and his niece Gina Simonetti.
He is survived by: his siblings, Theresa George (James) of Throop, Elaine Renner of Martinsburg and John Mlaker Jr. (Mary Teresa) of Pittston. He is also survived by Nieces and nephews Great nieces and great nephews.
