He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter and Norma Klimasiewfski; and his aunt Linda Chodnicki. He is survived by: his parents, Diane Klimasiewfski and Norman Klimasiewfski; his sisters, Melinda Lynn Shaw (Andrew Shaw) and Amanda Lee Slayton (Shaun Slayton); his grandparents, William and Dolores Dale; his nephews, Riley Grady, Tristan Slayton and Dylan Shaw; and his niece Savannah Slayton.
