She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Dudek and Mary Dudek (Biesiadecki); and her brothers, Joseph, Walter, Stanley and Frank Dudek.

She is survived by: her son Robert Kozak (Raquel) of Baltimore; and her sister Genevieve Aston of Dupont. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
