She is survived by: her children, Joseph Velehoski (Ellen) of Duryea, Timothy Velehoski of Glendale and Amy Velehoski (Michael Richards) of Glendale; her granddaughters, Megan Mead (Josh) and Sarah Velehoski; her great grandchild Julie Grace Mead; and her pets, Seamus, Charleigh, Finnegan and Boomer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
